I am Ashley W, known professionally as BILLY CEO. I am an American rapper and singer. I grew up in Broward County, Florida. Many would say I have always been a " person who shines." my brilliant yet brash delivery in music embraces and captivates the streets as well as a radio-friendly and targeted audience. Since the age of 5, I aspired to be more than just famous, after falling in love with sounds, and the feeling music gave me I wanted to feel the feeling for the rest of my life. At the age of 8, I wrote my first 16. At 16, I started my professional music journey. Self-taught music engineer, I mastered my sound, and I am now ready to share it with the world.
