Tragedy struck the hip-hop world when it was announced that up-and-coming Detroit rapper Dex Osama had been shot and killed in his hometown. Dex had received cosigns from rappers like Meek Mill and he recently appeared on a remix alongside Dej Loaf. Soon after his death, it was revealed that Dex had been working on an EP with purported features from both Meek and Dej as well as collabs with Shy Glizzy and Tracy T. He also was apparently working on a mixtape executively produced by Metro Boomin. #ChoppaBoyz
