The Loony Goonz are a DC-based kid rap group. Lul' Chopman (11) and Uptown Herb (14), started hanging out in their neighborhood, creating popular tracks at a local studio after school. The Loony Goonz come together to embody a sound of their own that portrays fun and positivity in a clean, high energy fashion that both kids and adults enjoy.
