Fresh off of a very successful UK trip that culminated in spitting a very well received freestyle for legendary DJ Tim Westwood, Ponce releases his own X-Files, a journey into conscious rap rooted in the beats and rap themes of the early 90’s. The album itself is a very black perspective on growing up in a state and region of the US that is still very much stuck in its historically bigoted cultural norms.
